MOBIAK SA is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of firefighting equipment & fire protection systems worldwide. The Company is also active in the field of industrial – medical gases and medical equipment – home care. MOBIAK started in 1977 from its headquarters in Greece, expanding in Balkans and Europe to expand today to more than 110 countries around the world.
MOBIAK owns a state-of-the-art production plant in Greece, producing products for the fire industry that meet high international quality standards.
MOBIAK decided in 2005 to implement a major investment program worth €5,500,000 at its facilities in Chania, which was completed in 2006. The project included the installation of an automatic fire extinguisher assembly line and the construction of a new 2,500 m² building to accommodate this line, offices, and the expansion of storage space for raw materials and finished products (800 m²).
Today, MOBIAK’s facilities extend to 49,700 m², providing the capacity to store large production volumes:
Chania – Factory – Central Owned Facilities: 32,000 m²
Athens – Distribution Center – Owned Facilities: 9,000 m²
Thessaloniki – Distribution Center – Owned Facilities: 8,000 m²
Heraklion – Distribution Center: 700 m²
In 2025, a second production line was installed, increasing fire extinguisher production capacity to over 400 units per hour.
